I came in asking for a payday loan cause I was short on cash last week. There was an older white lady. She was very rude from the beginning to end. Idk if it had to do with me being Asian or that I had Surgery on my eye. So I brought in everything they needed to see. I brought in a 30 day transaction and a 90 day transaction of my bank account.I make 1350 every two weeks. She apparently said I can only help you with $150 which isn't 25% of what she said in the beginning. Without even looking at how much I make exactly She went on to lie to me about I didn't have enough information. I had 3 statement/bill (rent,phone,cable) that's under my name that I brought. I had way more than what they ask for yet I was told it wasn't enough. I'm very disappointed with the attitude of whomever was working. I then went to Payday America right after and got a loan for 560 on the spot with less information. Overall I will no longer step inside again due to the fact that I felt unwanted in there for no reason.

The workers there are very friendly and very nice..they're always smiling and joking with me..also they're very informative...I never had or have problems with them when cashing my check or sending or receiving money...they are all superstars!!!!

Unbank Anoka is a great place for some fast cash loans when there is an emergency.The staff is very friendly and welcoming.Michelle is a huge asset to this location. She and the other soft spoken guy are very easy to talk to, always polite, and exhibit great customer service skills.Keep Michelle and that soft spoken guy (whose name I can't recalled. I had a conversation with him one day, and he told me he is a military vet), and your customers will always be happy.😊😊😊👍 😊👍 👍

A cancer to a community. (After a call from the owner of UnBank, I will further clarify my review:1. This company is a check cashing, payday loan, bill pay and other high cost financial transaction business. They provide payday loans for up to 14 days. Example of fees on a $300 loan is $30+ per two weeks or roughly 340% yearly interest. Imagine if you had 340% or more on your house or car loan. Emergency loan or not, this is a well known trap and strategy to fleece America's Poor.2. Check cashing fees for a government check: 3%. If you cash a $5000 tax refund check, this will cost you $150. There are many companies that will cash your check for much less.3. Everything in this establishment is targeted towards the poor and the cost of every service is very high. The staff was friendly. The owner was great to talk with.
