I have worked with John Correa for years. I had a fraud perpetrated against my business. This is when I really needed him and UMS to help me. They were beyond unhelpful. I believe if I would have done the disputing myself I would have prevailed. I relied on them because I thought they were professionals. Shame on me. Find someone else to do your processing. You have been warned.

I've owned and operated All-Star Baseball for 18 years. I've had other merchant companies try to Bait and Switch me and it was a terrible experience. UMS Banking gives me very competitive rates and their service is AMAZING!! I wait about 20 seconds before I get a live and very professional staff on the phone. I'd recommend UMS Banking to anyone looking for processing

Former employee. No leadership at all. Field agents are left out to dry. Home office makes a mistake, field agent takes the hit.all these other reviews are by employees or family members. Their trying to make the company look good.

Got auto approved and merchant closed without any notification until i called weeks later asking why. A review took over 2 weeks and took a month just for me to find out again by calling and emailing many times that my account was closed. This merchant pretty much brought my business to lose its doors. Thank you UMS

UMS has been our merchant services company for over 10 years. The service has been trouble free, consistent and secure. We've used UMS for 2 store locations as well as remote services on the road. We like that they keep their merchants up to date with fraud protection policies and actions to take to remain secure. It is valuable to us to always reach a live UMS customer service agent during normal business hours and the service processor 24/7.
