Astonishingly helpful service. Wow, thank you Judy! I'm not even a member (yet) but I'm blown away by your kindness, patience, and knowledge. If you're considering joining a credit union, I would say run, don't walk! Switching from a big bank to a credit union was maybe the smartest financial decision I ever made.

Hi! I apply for re-finance my auto loan, after that 08.13.2019 I received a letter from Elaine Morris saying that for the final decision she needed more bank statements, I sent her everything, after that she needed more documents, I asked the question why do I need something else? because I provided everything, and it already looks like a bureaucracy! I didn’t get a clear answer ... more 08.15.2019 Elane said that she would not be in the office next week and she transferred my case to another employee, I did not remember his name, but today is Thursday 08.22.2019! and nobody contacted me ! I contacted your organization because of your high ratings and positive reviews ... until now I have not received a letter or a call from you, although for me this is very important, my interest is now 14.7%! I thought of having a mutually beneficial long-term relationship with you, because I will need a loan also next year, but now I don’t know what to do. I also suggested transferring my personal accounts and my business account from another bank to your organization, this would benefit all of us, but apparently you do not need it, it’s very sad ..... Thank!

I just moved to Burbank and decided to go with a credit union for an auto loan. I had a wonderful experience with Maria G. She cleraly explained the auto loan process clearly and was very accommodating. She followed up with emails to see how I was doing. She's very professional and I highly recommend this credit union to my friends and family.

One of the most helpful financial institutions I have ever banked with. I prefer a “small town” credit union to large banks that are corporate ran. Ume gives you attention to anything you need and everyone has a happy to assist attitude. The place is classy, modern, and clean which feels so good walking into.

Every time I walk into UMe Credit Union I have the best experience. The tellers are friendly. Opening a checking account was so simple. And if my young kids come along with me, they enjoy the iPads (with fun kids apps) in the waiting area. I love that UMe is so involved in our community- packing care boxes in the parking lot for soldiers was really fun and special for my kids to participate in. I highly recommend this bank!

I have been banking here since High School (which was a long time ago)! This is a great Credit Union filled with some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The service they provide is outstanding and they are very dedicated to giving back to the community.
