Been with UMB for many years but never got such great service as I did today down at the main branch location at 1010 Grand. Ben Marx was awesome customer service and even met me at the elevator. He got a lot of paperwork done for me and my wife with our account. Highly recommend. Also UMB actually answers the phone unlike the other banks. Thanks Ben!
