I use this Glengormley Branch a couple of times a week but I have noticed some staff are grumpy with their approach to customers. There is one particular member of staff that is unpleasant and I have overheard customers say to her do you want me to come back later. I think the Line Manager needs to investigate this.

Unnecesary long queues, no seating provided,staff are friendly and helpful but bear the brunt of unhappy customers who in some cases have waited for 20 minutes or more

Every time I go in here I leave with my blood boiling. Attitude of staff is horrendous, long queues and only 2 members of staff on and when you try to lodge 'fast cash' bags you still have to wait in the queue! So what's the point in them?!

Awful experience! Very rude and unhelpful. I was told they could not help unless I printed a hard copy of something (it’s 2019!!), wouldn’t even discuss my issue. Absolutely shocking customer service.

Member of staff was very rude to me when I went in to try and find out why a transaction that was cancelled wasn't put back into my account. On top of the rudeness I was told my money had sort of just dissappeared. Ulster bank are terrible to deal with. Will be changing banks soon.

The bank staff are quite friendly, They'll help you set up a bank account on the day. Online banking and sending money online to others is quite a pain though. If you send money on a Friday then the receiver wont get it until Monday.

I do have a few issues with the user friendliness of the Ulster Bank online service - so have visited this branch a few times. If there is a queue - it moves fast. The team are always friendly and helpful and I have always been able to get what I wanted done complete within that visit. Plenty of space within the branch with seats. Cash machine outside. Parking is behind in the general town car park - there is none outside the branch.
