Feedback:

Worst customer hotline! Just try to get an operator to help you, I dare you! 60 minutes of talking to them/on hold/ transferred back to the automated system, and all I have to show for it is an ulcer!

I love the ufcu system but majority of the people who work at the locations are lazy and misleading. Rather than tell my wife how to use the ATM to deposit money they made her go to another bank location.......

They associates here are nice, helpful and informational. I've been a member for a few years and have dealt with Christina and Krisit. Both went above and beyond as well as have great follow-up until larger banks (ie. Chase and Wells Fargo).

Most banks dont have tellers anymore let's move into this century ... everyone is always nice and willing to help if someone cant work the machine

I came in to open a new account and ask about auto refinance. Everything went smoothly, and I was able to get everything done that day. And I got a really good refi rate and gap insurance through UFCU. The associates were very friendly and knowledgable, and I felt valued there. The ATM/no teller situation is much different than what you have at banks, and it does take getting used to. But it's still convenient.

This bank was being converted to a no-teller location just as I was preparing for a big trip earlier this year. I was not able to withdraw money right before I left AND THIS WAS SUPREMELY INCONVENIENT.No warning. No nothing. Just you have to drive to 620 when we know you don't have the time and we don't care!I am not sure why UFCU is taking this approach, but I will be switching banks soon.

No Notary on sight, no tellers available. I went in and deposited a cashiers check for a goodly amount of money not realizing since there are no tellers and you are forced to deposit into an ATM that they would put a 7 day hold on the funds. This despite - as stated in their own policies - cashiers checks supposedly having immediate funds availability. Very frustrating. No idea why they got rid of the tellers that were there just a couple of weeks ago. Hope this is not a sign of things to come and their transformation into just another typical bank trying to maximize profits and cut customer benefits. As it it now, they should re-brand this "branch" as a glorified ATM. That's really all it is.
