Slow. No information to the driver's.

If a driver checks in, and the load isn't ready. They say they will call you when it is. THEY DON'T CALL YOU.. If the driver does his job by checking in on time and load isn't ready. Then it's the shipping departments job to contact the driver to let them know the load is ready. Stop being so lazy, and do your job!!!

Drop lot is EXTREMELY tight but yard jockey, security & shipping were all very nice & helpful. I was in & out in NO time.
