Client Review on TwinStar Credit Union Hazel Dell

Feedback:

First the Guy kept liscense and had to driive from longview to Hazeldell to pick it up. 2nd bought trailer and had to have seller meet me there. they didnt do all that was required we found out after we left. Now the seller lives in Texas and we cant use our trailer for weeks until the paperwork is sent and returned signed. 3rd they dont use fax machines, they mail things. So its gonna take weeks for all this to happen. So much for using our trailer this Summer. They have a practice that should have been followed when we were there, but were never told of any such practice. No wonder the Longview branch closed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
