Great bank with friendly tellers!

The 1800 numbers in the mobile site either just disconnect or it takes you to city bank customer service.

Feedback:

Their checks are over-priced and ugly. Their coinstar charges, even for members. They refused my application for a secured credit card. Now to restore my credit, I have to pay them to lend money to myself. They make me change my online banking password every month, then won't let me login. I can never reach them for help. When I call them, I get stuck in a voicemail system that does not offer the choice I'm looking for. There is no option to speak with anyone live. Their exterior atm is usually down, forcing me to go inside and wait in a line that stretches to the door. There are 7 windows, but only 2 are open at any time.TwinStar Credit Union is as bad as any bank!

We've been with this bank for 5 years and you would think they would be helpful and thankful but no. Every time we come in to talk to some one from twinstar they are rude and not very helpful with loans, its like they always come up with an excuse for not to help us. We tried applying for a personal loan they say they will calls us back the next day because it takes 24hrs but we never hear from them. It's like we always have to call to hear from a response and when we call them they are always rude at this location. You think they would be appreciated for banking with them but no.

This bank is awesome, my bank for almost 3 years and I never encounter a problem... tellers are so nice and friendly with a great customer services. The bank approved my personal loan in just few days although I don’t have that big amount of money deposited in this bank.

I just watched as an employee hugged a member who was crying and brought her tissues and I assume just consoled her and helped her with her issue. These guys have always been there for me and my partner when we need help and they are very nice. My family has been banking at this joint branch for years and have never had any real issues.

Handy, but very busy and the lines tend to run long. Use the drive thru if possible instead. There are lots of drive thru lanes and the staff are very nice. Be sure to say that you're a TwinStar customer, or they'll have to stop you to ask which CU you're a member of.
