I am in the process of selling my home to a person who is using Twin Tier Mortgage. We are moving into the 4th month of waiting because of how slow this lender is. They are not organized and every 3 or 4 weeks it comes back that they need something else from the buyer that they should have asked for in the beginning. If you are hoping for a 30 day or even 90 day closing, don't use this company. My attorney has repeatedly pinged them about closing and they keep putting the status in review even though the loan has been approved.
