Feedback:

Their customer service is terrible. I spoke to 2 people today and they were not helpful. I am never rude to people but I lost it. I got off the phone and cried.

All I can say is that their customer service department needs some work. I am by no means an unpleasant person and have always found you get further with most people by acting cordial..not the case with Twin Oaks. Incredibly rude when I spoke with them, talked over me, not helpful at all. I hope they are able to improve.

This company has the most horrible costumer service I have ever deal with. They sound very annoyed and angry that you called them. They will cut you off if they don't like what you are saying to them. They take everything that is said to them personal. I would never join a gym that has twin oaks as their billing company ever again.

They over promise and under deliver time and time and time again. Their technology is outdated, inefficient, and filled with glitches. Try to get it fixed with a tech, you will be waiting for a call back from them for about a week. I've never gotten a call back the same day from a tech.

Just got off the phone after talking to 3 people at two different phone numbers. First person couldn't answer my question and referred me to another number (also Twin Oaks). First person at that number tried to refer me back to the person at the first number. When I told her that number had referred me to the second number, the person then transferred me to another person. Person #3 did not identify themselves, talked over me, and hung up before I had finished speaking. And her response to my question about giving her my new credit card number? I needed to call back to the first number! Going to let Giant Fitness know that they are not represented well by this company.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. Totally rude and so unemphatic. Just wouldn't answer my questions or help me out. Just so quick to take my money. Do not recommend.
