Honestly, things didn't go so smooth, but you can't expect everything to go right all the time. There was some miscommunication between me and the original sales person. I was not aware that we would have to purchase several apps to make the unit do everything we needed it to do. My shop doesn't do the amount of business transactions necessary to make Turnkey a viable option. Thankfully, the Martorellis were very cordial through the entire process and even offered to refund the charges we had incurred during the time between when we quit using their services and officially cut ties. Had there not been the misunderstanding at the start, I'm sure this would have been a very different experience for all parties involved and I would reconsider using their services again.
