Have so many online banking issues to the point I just want to leave. Almost every time I log in it says invalid username/password. My computer is set to remember password automatically. ONLY trustone give me this issue. My other online account logs in perfectly. Thinking about going to wellsfargo.

Stefan has been nothing but helpful through out all of my banking needs. He informs you with all possible options and gives really good financial advise. Lets you make the decision. No pressure what so ever. I can tell he is an honest man and really wants what’s best for you! Thanks Trustone for always giving me a positive experience, I have been with other large banks like Wells Fargo and TCF and i dropped those 2 banks in a heart beat. Trustone knows me when I walk in the door and have great benefits for being a customer of theirs! Highly recommend!

Came in one day to deposit$$ in family members account & long story beautiful story short I moved all my accounts & refinanced my home at a rate NO OTHER bank was able to come close to ..THANKS BRIAN @ maple grove location..Jim Gustafson

I'm so happy I left Wells Fargo. TruStone is a great bank. It's a lovely building, great customer service and really fair banking. I'm never getting mysterious charges on my accounts or any of that kind of crap that the big banks do constantly. It's just real, honest banking and thank God that still exists.

Disappointing service. It took 7 minutes for me to get acknowledged and an additional minute or so to get my deposit done. I recommend that the bank reviews their customer service policy with their employees so customers do not have to wait for a period of time especially since it is a simple transaction.

I have been banking with Trustone, since before they were Trustone. Always fast, friendly, and polite. With a few long-term employees I'm known on a first name basis. It's just a great atmosphere whenever I'm there. Thanks for being great!
