4 out of 5 because they don't really check the used electronics to see if they actually work per feature.I purchased a used iPod that would not be recognized by my home PC. It played back the files on it, but I could not get it to be see by Windows 7 Pro, format it within iTunes, even after attempting a hard reset.They should be wiping these clean and making sure they work.
