Was a great bank when I first started with them but have been getting screwed real bad here lately and just seems like they don’t care. wife and mother got injured in a accident and took money outta my account because I was 40 days past due and might get evicted cause they refuse to give it back when I made plans to start paying next month. Atm charged my card but gave me no money back. They did nothing to refund me. It was an 803 $ charge. Edit: It has been a year now and my bank had to refund the money. However they had to refund my bank and it was 2 weeks before my bank could get any news from them. I'm lower class and couldnt afford this to happen that was my rent.

Terrible customer service wouldn't bank here if it was the last bank or credit Union on the Earth. All I wanted to do was change out a $20 for some $5 and they refused simply because I didn't have an account. Don't ever bank here or go here.

I look for how business customer service is when there is a problem. When I have had financial problems they helped me understand what exactly was going on with my account. They also treat me like a person when I am there and not a number, by far the best experience I have ever had with any bank, and business in general, great people great place to bank!

I have banked here for many many years and I absolutely love it. Even though I live in Hastings, I can do any and everything I need from the mobile app. I can call in and get help with anything I need. Everyone who works there that I ever talk to is so kind and caring. I would recommend this credit union to anyone. Absolutely pleased and satisfied to the highest extent.

Got a loan from them, had to jump through hoops to get it. Had to show insurance on the truck I was getting, then they charged me for insurance. I am getting my truck refinanced with someone else and wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.
