Your experience is based on whoever your account rep is. Sure, once you submit your paperwork you get paid (if you have a normal rep). In my case I have two reps and I still have to do my part and their part. Many times something that they are "working" on for over a week, I resolve with a simple phone call that lasts less than 5 minutes which shows they take little to no initiative. You are expected to help them collect their money from customers but God forbid you ask them for help with an overpayment that is owed to you and was already paid to them. But then again, this is my experience with my current reps (which I requested to get changed) my first rep was not bad but unfortunately with the changes in company she was switched to these two. Lets see what happens.
