Client Review on Tri Point Automotive

Feedback:

We went to look at a truck that was at the top of our budget, the salesman asked what we were looking to spend. We gave our lowest end and he immediately shot us down and refused to work with us at all, not even letting us see inside the truck. All of our research had shown that we weren't realistically far off from what a fair price for the truck was. We may been willing to pay more if the truck was perfect, but his attitude towards us left a bad taste in our mouths, and as much as we like the truck, we won't buy it from him. I like to support small businesses and hate to be critical of people, but in this case I feel that he acted as though he didn't want to sell the truck and that we weren't good enough to buy it. We'll take our dollar elsewhere.UPDATE: Ben from Tri-Point reached out to me and apologized for our experience. He explained that the truck was listed for its lowest selling point. I had figured it was priced to leave room for negotiation, and so I came in with my negotiation offer. We will still look elsewhere, but I appreciate them reaching out to me.
