I want to take the time say how appreciative I am to Jessica and the entire staff at TCNB Howell st... I had an issue with my debit card not working and Jessica and the staff were so helpful and friendly... I’ve never been treated so nicely... thank you Jessica for ALL your help... you and your staff are the BEST!!!!!👊👍💯

I've been banking at this location for over 20 years. Aleta, Jessica, Will, and the crew are always professional, friendly, efficient. This team also understands unique circumstances that come up from time to time and do their best to help make sure requests are accommodated. Tri City as a whole is a fantastic community bank, but this location in particular, has employees who go above and beyond.

A great branch with terrfic folks - Aleta (the manager) was extremely helpful when I had some out-of-the-norm banking needs. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and got things done. Every time I've been there the tellers have been pleasant and helpful. And it's right in Pick-n-Save - how much better or easier could it get?
