Friendly people eager to get your business then goes downhill from there. I had been a customer for a long time. I was financed on a vehicle and late on maybe 2 paymente in the last 12 months I had been with then for 3 years. I attempted to trade my vehicle finances through them for another. They refused to let me trade due to having quote "in reliable credit history because I was late on 2 payments in 1 year. I attempted to trade and financed through a diff company. They requested oi 3 way call with the other finace company and told them i was unreliable and talked them out of trading. They have done this to me on 4 diff vehicles. Iat one point they refused to give the pay off amount to one car lot because of this. After I got away from then I will never again do business with them definaltey are aggressive on keeping your business with them.
