kind of a huge scam but fast & simple

Went today Sunday at 2:30 and was closed, stayed about an hour and a half and they never open. They were supposed to be open until 6, horrible I was coming from far.

Horrible rate. Would have cost me nearly $1000 extra against the listed exchange rate for 10k I know that there are fees but this is insane and it was super annoying that they won't quote on the phone. I should have guessed why. Ripoff, exchange your money with your bank or in whatever country you go to. The rate couldn't be worse than this.

I went there after 10am. The schedule says it opens at 10am. Nobody was there. I little sign showed "will return at 10.25". I was waiting there for 20 minutes and the guy returned at 10.40..I was waiting so long and they just opened at 10am... This happened today.
