I cannot say enough about TransNational as a merchant processor (and I'm learning SO much more!). After being with another company for nearly 12 years, I decided to make a switch due to a lack of excellent customer service. I have been extremely impressed with the level of professionalism from all their staff and their online product is amazing!

Your have been the best and easiest Credit Card Processing Company that we have thus far dealt with. Not to mention your Processing Rates/Fees have remained the lowest and the same just as you had promised from the beginning. The Customer service agent Maria did an exceptional job problem solving with the processing issue that my terminal is currently experiencing. Maria was extremely patient,courteous and informative during our very long troubleshooting conversation. In the end she came up with the best way to resolve our current problem. I wish there were more customer service people like this phenomenal agent. We are very glad that we decided to do business with TransNational.

Our experience with TransNational has been great! They offered us excellent rates and the communication has been wonderful. We had a minor misunderstanding with PCI compliance which Dennis worked through with us and we are very satisfied with him and the speed at which we were given attention. We feel that the true measure of a company is not always getting it right – but more importantly how they deal with the times when it didn’t go perfectly. In this respect we couldn’t be happier with Dennis and all the support staff. They are always easy to get in touch with and explain everything in terms we can understand. Excellent!
