Atrocious service. Charged for services cancelled and wouldn't admit they'd done wrong. Would never use them again.

Typical of modern day rampaging capitalism. Bugger the small guy lets rip him off for as much as we can get away with. One of the most unpleasant companies I've had to deal with. Expensive, cheating and utterly underhand while not prepared to take any risk themselves. They should be investigated forthwith. By the way they are operated by an Irish company called FIS, so if you come across either avoid like the Irish famine.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!! They tell a bunch of lies to sign you up, and then you are stuck with them for 4 years. If you want to cancel the contract they will charge you loads, which they also lied about when signing you up.

Liars, liars, LIARS!This company has done nothing but lie to me from the get go. TERRIBLE customer service, locked into a ROLLING contract. always say they will call back, never do. Told us they would sort out cancelling the previous card contract, didn't. Told us they would refund the charges, didn't. I think you can see a pattern forming here? I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE!

This company is like dealing with the 419 scammers, terrible/disgusting operators on the phones plus you have to wait 45mins to feel like your being scammed, would not even trust this company with food stamps let alone cheques and cash.. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!

Awful company! Rep never mentioned all the hidden costs - rushed/pressured me to sign forms then never answered phone when I tried to query all extra charges. Stuck in a 2 year contract and just tried to cancel only to be told I’m stuck in for another two years as the contact rolls over if you don’t give them 30 days notice before the end of the original contract. Just checked paper work and tucked away in the back of the brochure/contract is the small print!!! Didn’t even know it was there as it has a thick page covering it which looks like the back of the brochure!!!! Stay well away - nothing but con artists!!!!!

Been with Transax for 9 years, absolutley brillaint customer service, best prices offered as they will always do there best to get a deal which fits.recentley dealt with Omari and Steve as we had to swop machines and company details which ment new contacts, it went brilliantly, no issues, new machine and contacts sorted in 7 days. Fantastic service thank you.
