"Thanks for holding. One of our team members will be with you shortly." Sure thing. Originally advised between 11 and 18 minute wait. Gave up after 53 minutes waiting. Terrible.

Dealing with Grapevine and Transact is the technological equivalent of being held to ransom by a thug.I run a home business. On the 21st of January there was a fault in the area and just about everyone was down who was connected through Grapevine, including our business. Our internet wasn't restored with everyone else, though, so two days later I called to have it turned back on. An hour on the phone and the support person booked a technician -- for two weeks later. The technician arrived today and confirmed that someone in the exchange had deactivated our account. I asked why, he just shrugged his shoulders.The line miraculously was restored but now we have no telephony. I phoned Transact and got an automated message offering to avoid long phone queues: leave my name and they'd call me back, without losing my place in the queue. An hour later I got a call and an automated voice told me please to hold while it put me in a queue.Ten minutes later the call was cut off by Transact.I called back and this time declined the invitation to go into a callback arrangement. And was advised that the wait will be 1hr45 mins.

Deplorable since moving to IINET. I still remember the amazing TRANSACT days when businesses had their own Canberra based Rep who would visit and resolve issues. Still waiting for my new Nano SIM. 6 weeks. No contact from them, I've spoken to them twice - just tried to call again, told it would be a 3hr wait to get through.

Deplorable service. Last time had to wait for over an hour for the O/S consultant who I couldn't understand and who couldn't help me. So I was transferred and had to wait 45 minutes to be told I had come to the wrong department. This is a repeat experience. I will certainly be changing servers.

Ever since Transact was bought out by iiNet, have had numerous problems getting support. Still at the office after 3 hours waiting for my callback. I had spend 2 hours on the phone in the queue.

Dear God, I made the mistake of signing up for a cheap mobile plan through these idiots. After 18 months of incorrect billing, I have tried to port my number away. THEY WON'T LET ME LEAVE and cancelled my number. No phone call will ever get through directly for help and iinet must rue the day they bought this company out. Save yourself. Don't do it. Just... don't.
