Well, it's unfortunate that 1 person that works there made such a miserable experience. My father passed away and I'm the only child,and only family member left to take care of affairs. Point is, he had bunches and bunches of tools and other decent items. Few items not even used... I went there to pawn some things (also help with upcoming funeral etc expenses) The first gentleman was extremely respectful, didn't low ball me lower then typical pawn shop prices. He did his job and had wonderful customer service. The very next day I went back . a younger kid "helped me " Im almost thinking he is someone so. Bc he is so rude and obnoxious I don't understand how he even has a job there. I brought more items then the day before, wirth alot more . Anyway he questioned me as if I was under interrogation . I was asked more then 3 x where I got the items. And the same wuesquest as if he was trying to get me "to slip up" I advised him how my check I got the day before and for what. He proceeded to disrespect his co-worker.Saying he gave me too much money, he shouldn't have given me that . Just ridiculous! Then he offered me store credit. I left !! Did not sell anything and traveled to a different pawn shop. There I was spoken and treated respectful.
