Feedback:

I would like to give this organization 0 stars but am required to give at least 1. They don't answer the phone and finally when they do provide incorrect information repeatedly so it's either on purpose or from lack of training. I'm calling to follow up again today on a claim started on June 12th which has barely moved. To top it off they are now sending me late payment notices because the claim they can't finish processing is now "behind" on payments. Stay away if you have the choice

Every time I call Toyota Financial everyone is always friendly, polite, and willing to help in any way they can. I cannot say the same for the staff at the dealership however dealing with them is worth it for the excellent customer service through the phone. I have never had an issue they weren't able to resolve.

Very very very bad customer service!! I called a few days ago to make additional payments and the Rep screwed it up and it reflected on my account that my next monthly due payment in a few days would be $3277. I called this morning and after verifying my information 3 times Kim ID number KSLC was cutting me off when I was trying to understand how this number happened. and after she realized that her colleague hadn't explained the process correctly, she didn't even have the courtesy to apologize! very very bad customer service, its not only about how good a car is but also about the after customer service you'll be receiving.

They will cut you in small parts . They are a bunch of liyers . Its a game of trowing the ball. They think i cant fight towards what i think its mine . Not everyone will let you run away with the money . Your already reach cutting people in portions. Stop lying from the dealer to the financial your a bunch of hipocript. Dont buy from toyota , they dont respect people intelligence

Horrible company, I got screwed by this company be cause their app is terrible. I tried making a payment one day and was notified by te app that the payments section wasn’t working at this time try again later. I did just that and was able to get a confirmation of my payment. Cut to the next day I have two payments deducted from my bank account, which causes my account to go negative. I call them up explain what happened and they basically tell me their app is not their responsibility, and it’s my fault. How is their app not their responsibility. They did say they’d give me a refund but not include my over draft fee. So now I have literally no money for the next couple of days because refunds take 24-72 hours to process. Last Toyota I ever buy thanks to these representatives.

Literally the worst experience of my life with their total loss department. Crash happened in may and after 4 round of phone calls I am still dealing with the various ways the department has dropped the ball on my claim. It has cost me 750 dollars and counting on a loan for a car I have not driven in 4 months. Every time I have called the reps have been extremely apologetic because they can see in my notes that this is an internal problem but no one can seems to be able to fix it.

I paid my first monthly bill yesterday. They charged me twice, and when I called to reverse the 2nd payment the woman said that I made the decision to pay two months so there's nothing they can do about it. I called back and explained the situation to another person who told me that he understands the error, but there's nothing he can do. Great 1st impression Toyota.

Worst experience ever. I love my Toyota and my dealership. I hate Toyota Financial Services. I paid 7k off my loan and wasn’t supposed to have a payment due for 14 months. They continued to auto withdrawal. Wait times on hold are 30-60min. They told me it was taken care of and Auto withdrawal was cancelled. Then it happened the next month. Another 90 min phone call and the customer service guy is blaming me for not going to my bank to tell them not to let TFS withdrawal from my account. I will be going with another bank or credit union to buy out this stupid loan. Check the BBB and consumer affairs before you sign up.
