Eric at Towpath Credit Union will hopefully always be my go to for any loans. His knowledge and customer service were excellent. Unfortunately, we were running against the clock on a deal through a car dealership but Eric was still able to get the approval and paperwork completed in record time. I am always a huge fan of someone who goes the extra to provide great customer service! Thanks Eric!

My father trusted this Credit Union with his finances until the day he died. Unfortunately, they repaid his trust by ignoring his online banking requests, closing his accounts, and depleting both his checking and savings to cover their credit card. Follow-up: Mike S., a Senior VP for Towpath reached out to me and my family. He made the situation better. Towpath was able to return a portion of the funds which allowed me to payback some debts on my father's behalf.

Just took out my third load from them and I have been impressed every time. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The loan officer, Wendy, was so nice and understanding when I got caught in traffic and was late to my appointment. I cannot recommend them enough!

Great for basic banking. I had some trouble with car loans through Towpath in the past. However, I have had nothing but good experiences with Towpath in the past 2 years since using them exclusively for a savings account. Their customer service is exceptional; every person on staff is very friendly and makes their customers feel welcome.
