I cannot put into words , how happy my husband and I are with. Towne Bank Mortgage. But I will try. First of all. We had no idea we could even qualify for a mortgage. But when my husband had a stroke and had to retire, we wanted so badly to live in our own home during retirement. So we thought maybe we could. When you start looking at houses and Realestate out phone started ringing off the hook. For some reason I remember hearing Chads voice on the other line and some thing seemed right. He was personable and friendly and could not do enough “whatever” we needed and could not handle He had it done for us. When we realized we had to be out of our apartment within a month and a. Half. HeWent into overdrive We actually moved in our new home on mother’s day May 13th. What a present. Not only had we gotten the home we had dreamed of for years. Our mortgage payment was actually lower than the rent wewere paying!! I can't give Chad or his mortgage bank (TOWNE MORTGAGE BANK) all the credit. , I do have a strong faith in GOD , and I know that he was working through many people. To get this done.
