Feedback:

I was relocated due to military service and ended up closing my account from out of state. The representative for the bank requested a signature and was supposed to have mailed some documents, they never came. They left voicemails with call back times they didn't observe but made no attempts to contact me on days I let them know I was available. All the while the bank was charging the account dormancy fees without ever sending notice they were doing such. I would give them a lower rating in customer service if able.
