Overcharge for their product and services, owners are aggressive and unhelpful, and will charge for every single feature that comes standard with most products. System is often down for extended periods with most features essentially in Beta and not working as intended. Staff are uneducated in their own product and charge a premium for lacklustre support.

I've been dealing with Tower Systems for the past 6 years and couldn't recommend a company higher, they provide a fantastic product, knowledgeable advice and such a high level of customer service backed by very efficient organisation. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Tower Systems was exactly the right type of Point of Sale Software I was looking for for my small retail business. It's easy to implement, easy to use, and the support from the office has been awesome. I'd recommend to anyone. It was definitely worth changing over from our old system.

I paid for a stand alone program a few years ago and opted out of annual support as the support package fee was ridiculously priced. (luckily for me, i haven't needed support, so I would have wasted thousands in support fees) The product is OK, but not fantastic, and I definitely cannot justify the expense for support when the fees i pay for Reckon and other software collectively are much less! I want to upgrade my POS but won't due to the the unscrupulous support pricing, and i cannot upgrade my windows operating system as the older version of Retailer (which i am using) will NOT work with the newer Windows platform,. I am now off to research a more reasonably priced retail software, and i feel like i was conned in the first place. Tower System's pricing is out of this world and just a joke!After reading the response to negative reviews i am glad i making the switch, they are atrocious!

We have been customers of Tower Systems for close to three decades as Bell Park Newsagency and now newsXpress Bell Park. We have always found them to be professional , friendly and extremely competent in all our dealings with them. Highly Recommended.

HI All, We have been using Tower Systems in our Fishing, Camping and Marine Retail store since October 2016 and have found it to have a comprehensive range of features. The program does everything we need and more. Takes a while to learn but from my experience using computers over the years so does every other software program. The back up service is second to none and in the early days we called quite a bit. I don't think we have called Tower Systems help line for several months now as our six staff including myself have sorted out most of the teething problems. We have had the Tower Systems Retailer software for our newsagency business for for a few years now and the more we use it the more we see how well it contributes in a large way of running our business. the many different facets of our business are pieced together seamlessly by the retailer software . Customer accounts ,monthly statements, subagents, newspaper delivery runs, stock invoicing, cash registers, catalogues, discounts, price changes, sales data, stock/supplier data, end of day procedures, Stocktakes, and many other. The system is also very easy for non computer people to use.

We have been with Tower for about 10 years, ( we have 2 newsagencies) I find their support excellent and response time fair. If my computer is not working and I can't run my business, they attend almost immediately and even when it has turned out to be something that many people may have worked out on their own, I've never been made to feel like an idiot. The system is also easy to use, with terrific features and reports to assist with business as well

I have been using the Tower software in my business for about 7 years now and have ALWAYS found the team to be super helpful. The support is second to none and absolutely worth the $. The access to free training, advice sheets and regular updates and improvements are excellent. I would highly recommend Tower Systems POS software.
