When I visited their company, they are already gone. They are freaking fake and Im really mad about this. They've been getting money from me for a while and they just ran with my money. They need to be punished.

Their customer service is garbage. You can NEVER get through to someone from the claims department. I pressed the number to put in a new claim on the touch only system and it wont go anywhere. The recording just repeats over and over and over. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.

I cannot imagine a worse insurance company. We had a homeownerʻs insurance policy with them for years. Their website is horrible. At first, it was not even possible to navigate it to pay my bill. Every time I would pay the bill I would receive a notice a few days later saying my homeownerʻs insurance was cancelled. A few days after that, I would receive a notice saying it was reinstated. A few days ago, I sold my home and needed to cancel my policy. When I looked at their "contact" page, the only method to contact them was an email page. I sent an email asking for instructions, but still have not received a reply. I finally found a phone number for Customer Service, only to be told that I needed to fax a signed cancellation and proof of insurance (?). She gave me a phone number (that I am absolutely certain I took down correctly) that is not a fax and is actually an insurance agency somewhere. I am SO GLAD I never had a claim with these people. Iʻm quite certain it would have been an unending nightmare.

I have been fighting them through my attorney for close to 4 years on my work injury! They dragged me through HELL and back, and now that I have won my case in court, they are still not paying me!! Their reason is "We did not have expect to lose and didn't put away enough money for this case", Now they are getting an additional $5,000.00 penalty fees added and it may go as high as $10,000.00, BECAUSE THEY ARE SO INCOMPETENT! If you have to deal with them, cover yourself with patience and hope your not looking for payments any time soon!!!Should be shut down!!!!!!!

Utterly disgusted by their methods. They call in their own contractors to lowball estimates and ignore the estimates of contractors the customer has called. And it doesn't matter what you say or do, the decisions made by people that are in no way experts or even familiar with the subject of dispute are final. They agreed to pay less than 10% of the repairs needed due to Sandy damage, based entirely on the lowball estimate of the roofing company under contract with them. Do not do business with this company!

Two full days of answering questions, being on hold, and an adjuster who failed to look at my car and now they tell me that my problem is not covered. Do you want to know why? because I was too honest (I admitted that my windshield, while falling out, was not cracked).
