I usually never do any reviews but I had to write this because it’s hard to find a proper merchant service now a days. I’m a local business here in Boca Raton , usually we get millions of sales calls and people visiting my restaurant. I met up with this guy named Rady, happens to be the sales manager there in Touchsuite. I had a great experience with him because the way he presented me everything, and being up front about the merchant service , with rates and fees, explained me how the industry works. It will be almost more then 2 years now , I still have the same rate and same service. Most importantly whenever I need any kind of assistance he is always there. For a business like ours this kind of service is a plus, since we are always busy. Thank you once again for keeping your word and the service that was promised and we recomend all our local businesses to go with local companies like Touchsuite.

DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH TOUCHSUITE...RUN...AND DON'T LOOK BACK! When I first mistakenly got involved with these thieves our convo was recorded. I mentioned I did not want any contract for anything. Apparently recordings are only for their benefit. When sent equipment I called the same day and told them to come get it. From then on they continued to charge me out of my bank account until I blocked it. I dealt with a guy called Rady who only gives lip service and does nothing to help you. You can do what they do with NO hassle. Get a Square account and then charge your customers 2.75% as a convenience fee and you have no processing charges. These are unreputable people who once they get your bank account number can and will take money at will even in my case when unauthorized!

STAY AWAY!!!!!! whatever you do, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! they will put you in q contract with First Data Global Leading, a other set of crooks, and then wash their hands. I've closed my business on November 2017 and they are still charging me for their stupid machine despite several phone calls to them....eventually they stop answering your calls and sure keep charging you! Worst thing I've ever done. You can't bo wrong with using Square. The little higher fees are way worth it at the end than having to deal with these thieves.

We found TouchSuite point of sale program for salon is the best in the world, it is very user friendly and it has everything you could think of. I love this system and I command everyone to have it to grow our business. Most important is the service they provide is excellent.
