I am in awe of how professional yet friendly Total Security is. I had a system installed yesterday. Let's start at the beginning. Their business rep Carlos came to my home did a complete survey of my residence. Offered great suggestions as to what I would need. Together we worked out a system. The day of installation Two installers came in and did a professional,clean and friendly job. I love the system. I can honestly say I feel I can sleep better at night. Thank you Total Security. That review was from August 2015. Today is July 24,2018. And I would just like to Thank Matt for this morning's help and patience walking me through applying a new APP to a tablet I recently purchased. On my own I was unable to open the APP and access my TOTAL SECURITY cameras. With Matt's help I was able to do so. Thanks Matt. I will have had my system for three years come August. And am totally satisfied with TOTAL SECURITY.
