I have now used TLC twice and the service has been exceptional both times. First time I used them for a refinance and the process was a breeze. The second time I used TLC for a home purchase, the team went over and above my expectations. I was able to close on the property early and they work hard to get me the best rate possible. I have referred them to all my friends and family and will continue to do so. No one I have talked to or has used there business has ever been disappointed with TLC's hard work and professionalism. At Total Lending Concepts, I found Help, Efficiency, Expertise and Professionalism. During the hard real estate economy around 12 years ago, we were put into a 50 year home loan. Total Lending concepts helped us refinance at an incredible competitive rate! We were able to withdraw money from our equity and make some upgrades to our home. A special thanks to Brian, Jeremy, Jason, Carissa and the rest of the team for making it a smooth and pleasant experience!

Working with The Total Lending company was good. Would have given 5 stars, however, there seemed to be a lot of miscommunications between the agent, processor and myself. Also, the agent told me that I would receive credits for watching the short informational videos, which was not true, and nobody wanted to take initiative to right the wrong, or even take responsibility for giving me the wrong information, so that was frustrating. I really wish that I felt that the company was looking out for my best interest and trying to give me deals, but I never felt that way. Even looking at the first loan estimates they were charging me VA loans that were not suppose to be charged. Use this company if you are very knowledgable about buying a house. If it is your first time buying a home, probably look somewhere else. I hope closing goes better.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Total Lending Concepts. Jason Rivera was our loan officer and he was quick, efficient and flexible with our schedules. He made the process of refinancing our home very easy. We highly recommend using him for all your mortgage needs.

Seriously not sure HOW this company has a 5 star rating ?!?! I applied with them and several other companies last year and was approved through all except them under the same lending guidelines so either they completely dropped the ball or just don't like money. On the FLIP side of that coin they were hacked and all my personal information was leaked from DOCUSIGN and I now get emails from a lady by the name of Rhonda Beck attempting to collect money from me... I contacted the office and verified I do not owe them money and that their system was compromised so I contacted DOCUSIGN and cancelled my account 4-6 months ago and again today I got yet another email from the same lady Rhonda Beck. I will be contacting the federal trades commission and Attorney General Office this week due to my personal information obviously being compromised along with any other reporting agencies I can find. BE CAREFUL GIVING THEM YOUR INFORMATION !!!!!!
