I dropped my laptop off with this company to repair a bad power supply. After 3 days without a call from them I called and they said it was done. I picked it paid the fee and found it was still broken. Took it back and was told they would look at it when they had time. All their tech's were busy with higher paying customers. I was then told no refund. I would advise everyone to stay far away from this poorly managed company.
