Service is a joke I told Kim the service writer what had just been done to my saw so mechanic wouldn't waist time and parts replacing same stuff again mechanic was not there he was unloading trucks instead of working in shop, she wrote down everything I told her on work order which he did not read. I left came back an hour later supposedly he checked it out while I was gone he said he had pulled rope 30 or 40 times would not hit a lick. I got home pulled rope one time fired right up but only ran for 10 seconds which is why I took it there to start with. He said he checked compression it only had 50PSI witch is a lie! I took it to another shop had them check compression in front of me it was a strong 125PSI. I told him I just put all new fuel lines, new carburetor, new spark plug and fresh 50 to 1 gas in it and it but would not stay running. He also said he replaced fuel, spark plug and it needed new carb? And still want hit a lick. Kim told him all that was on work order had just been done he said oh I didn't read it. He said I needed to leave it and he would look at it later I asked when he said didn't know they were real busy. If so busy why is the only mechanic unloading trucks? Then they charged me for doing nothing but waiting my time! I know good mechanics are hard to find but a least be honest with your customers! In a nut shell their service sucks!
