Feedback:

Sold me a table saw that works in store and not at home. Was not told sale was AS IS until after I was handed the receipt and I asked the return policy. Thanks for robbing me as your manager won't do anything even within the first 30 minutes of owning item!! Then speak to me as if it is working because it was extensively tested. You know it has a short and have dishonest business practices. I would not have purchased had you told me AS IS prior to purchase.

Bought games here multiple times. But then they sold me this one and they won't let me exchange it and it is a bad disc. You think they would want to keep repeat customers but I guess not. I won't be back

Worst pawn shop in town. They are lower on buying and loans than ANY other place in town. Ive gotten 4-5 things appraised here over the years and today was the last straw. This place is a joke.

The main reason I use this particular pawnshop is because of Thomas I believe he is the manager, he is so nice and helpful and always makes me smile.

Very bad customer service, the employees are non knowledgeable of their policies, I was told 2 different things on 1 of their policies and now I have to pay double to get my belongings out early. I strongly suggest not doing business with these unprofessional hacks.

Great pawn shop to work with. I don’t really make decisions based on reviews, but I have been pawning my Rolex here since I moved to Austin a year ago and it’s always taken care of when I redeem it. Word of advice, get the loan for what you need and it’s easier to get back. Cheers,Gregory

Steven the manager was unable to properly open my camera and broke it. Did not apologize and told me he had the right to inspect all merchandise before sale! Let’s just say he suck and doesn’t have a corporate or Owner number! Won’t be back ever again!
