Client Review on Toms Pawn

If there was a rating lower than 1 star I'd happily select it. I've sold a few things at this pawn shop and at the various Tom's Pawn in Brazoria county, the staff are usually friendly but, they choose what they want to deal with and if it's something they dont want to sit and try to reach a deal with they will give you a very very very low ball figure of let's say $1-5 just to get you out the door. This has happend on several occasions, walk in with something that has no scratches, flaws, imperfections etc. And be told "We dont sell these items or we just dont want to look at it." Items that are worth money such as rings, electronics, and tools, all in working order to be told sorry we dont take these items when there is 2 or 3 on the shelf behind them. It seems that the people working there arent doing their jobs, nor are they inclined enough to take the time to look into the item, 30seconds looking at something not doing the proper investigation Into said item. I will never be going back to Tom's Pawn and I will be sure to let anyone who asks that yall are just here to take advantage of people who need the money from the items that they willingly bring in for a fair price to be walking out the door feeling robbed.
