Had a very good first experience going here, I went to get some links took off my watch and I asked how much they charged and he said he would do it for free, I was really happy with how he fixed my watch and he was very nice, very fast and they have a lot of pretty jewelry for a decent price

This place is Amazing! The staff are courteous, professional and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. The store is clean & appealing. They have an extensive selection of merchandise, and competitive prices. I have been a customer for almost six months, and I refuse to take my business to any other local shop (including the Tri-State Area)! Ross is a terrific person, and has always treated me with respect and seems to have my best interest at heart. I highly recommend this Store, whether you are buying or selling, you will never be disappointed!

Ross and Will are the most amazing employees there! I've dealt with them for over 2 years and have got the greatest customer service from a pawn shop ever. Will refer to anybody that needs a good pawn shop. I will definitely return!

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star! They have NO customer service skills! They lock themselves behind a counter and when you call prior to see if they will give you anything for name brand items worth at LEAST $1,000 they won't give you anything! I wasted my gas and time driving to this place to be told they would not give me anything for my husbands laptop(would have been paid back in 2 days) they told me it needs to be full charge beforehand...would have been nice if they could have told me that ON THE PHONE BEFORE I LEFT HOME! Please go somewhere else...these people are a joke! The guy behind the glass also complained about my daughter being behind the counter....she wouldn't have been back there if you ran that place like a normal store and not a bank vault! Pathetic!

I was late making my payment and thought for sure my items would be gone however when I got there the gentleman explained he knew it was tax time and was trying to hold off on getting rid of peoples items that didn’t pay. I have never been so relieved I cried almost the whole way there thinking they were gone and they weren’t! Most places would have gotten rid of your items the day you were late but not here! I highly recommend this place to anyone!!!
