This is the worst place to get a title loan! Not only was the woman very rude to me but she asked unnecessary questions and wanted family references that I do not have. I explained more than twice that my mother was deceased and it's like she couldn't comprehend that and continued to ask me to put my mother as a reference !!!! Then when I got upset and told her (in a nice way) that I would just go somewhere else, the rude woman got even more rude and snapped at me that other places would do the same thing! Um no honey title max right next door treated me like gold compared to you! I will be contacting the corporate office to report how ugly and rude this woman was and how unpleasant this experience was !!! If you need a title pawn I suggest you go to title max right next door where they are awesome !!!!!!!!
