I own an auto repair shop and most of our transactions are through the credit card terminal. Titan Merchant has provided me with the best rates compared to all the previous merchant services. They also have provided me with the best customer service especially if I had a problem with the terminal or any transaction. All the previous companies have tried to take advantage of us or completely just ignored us in the past. I haven't had any problems with Titan Merchant. Thanks Titan Team.

This company has a really good program and they offer FREE equipment (who doesn't love free) . They have very competitive pricing (very important to me) and the one-on-one experience I received from my Account Rep (LaQuita) over the years has been excellent! I love the fact that I've been able to keep the same Rep for 10 years now (she knows my business needs)I highly recommend Titan - I have yet to be disappointed

For the past 5 years I've held my merchant account with Titan. My Rep is Mrs. Moscoso - she has always been honest with me about pricing and provides ALL fees involved upfront making my transition to switch over to their business a smooth and quick process. I've been in business for 15 years and this has been the best merchant provider I've worked with THUS FAR and I've had MANY! Request Mrs. Moscoso as your Rep- she has been with the company for a long time and is very knowledgeable.

Cheaters cheaters cheaters , please don't get trap into this , they charge you unnecessary charges and lots of hidden fees and worst customer service , LaQuita Moscoso is a sweet poison , she will call you and try to sell you this ridiculous service giving u fake promise and then never take your call after she trap you

Don’t don’t don’t sign with this company I think they are the worse I ever dealt with. They take your money some how that’s what they did with me. I signed with them looking for the cheapest fees for my business end paying the most expensive heading fees. Just don’t do it free advice, because even if you decade to cancel they will charge you a fee that they never tell you a bout when you sign in. I wish there is less stars to give them. Bad bad bad company...

My company received 16 automated calls in one day to try out there services. I called and asked to be taken off their automated calling system and the person who took my call became belligerent and then threatened to take me to court. Stay as far as you can away from this company. I wasn't even doing business with them and they threatened me. This is a terrible customer service company and should not be in business.

I sign in with very low transaction fee and 0 monthly fee Agent talk very nice after few month is good in beginning and after that App don't let me to Sine in and I have Other Credit card processor to and I keep that one because some time acting funny app and customer don't want to wait so I use two company app and since August Anywhere commerce don't work properly so I don't use it and Titan merchant service charge deduct in my account Avery month $114.00 to $150.00 in 5 month almost $700. took my money from my account.SO don't trust them and think twice before you Sine in otherwise you get robed .
