Spoke with Selene who processed my payment with a $3 service fee stating the zip code was a mismatch which is why is what not automatically run on the usually Saturday. I’ve been using the same card since the start of this loan and properly changed the address. But because i called and made the payment i was charged extra. Cant wait to be done with this loan, its always something with it.
