Overall Feedback:

Horrible experience with a horrible company. Do not let this company provide merchant services fro your business. Go straight to the major processors like Bank of America or First Data. I got forced into an agreement after my local bank sold their merchant processing to Thrive. I had to pay a $900 early termination fee to discontinue business with them.
