Unless you are prepared to pull the hair out of your head from extreme frustration then I recommend you stay far away from this corporation. Find another lender, there are plenty who offer merchant lending. This company is incentive driven which means they have young agents who will say and do anything to get your business, they have a hard aggressive approach, they are misleading on every level. They will give you false promises and disappoint you in the end with no reasonable explanation... quote " we dont have to tell you anything". My experience was discriminatory misrepresented and full of disrespect and false promises.

When I decided to sell my business, I had a loan with Thinking Capital. The buyer knew it and he was ready to endorse it (because you need to personally endorse the loan, even if you take the loan for a business). When I asked Thinking Capital to remove my name from the loan they refused. They said I was the one taking the loan so I had to be the one to refund it. So now I am stuck with a loan with my name on it even if the money belongs to the company.

I had the honour of dealing with Rodney J who was not only kind and friendly but explained everything to be properly. He understood what I needed and was able to come up with some great options. Very easy to deal with and I know where to go should I need a little $$$ to carry me over.
