Ended up getting over $60 in overdraft fees because of a fraudulent charge on my card. I asked if they could reverse the fees and they said they wouldn't because it wasn't a bank error. I closed my account! Stay away!!!

My banker Grace was truly gracious, kind and to the point. She directed me the right way, made terrific recommendations. Once, in a while you find a person in a business relationship that actually cares. I was a Commanding Officer in the U.S. Army and I like efficiency and now working as bartender, I now know a bit about customer service. Grace is THE pinnacle of guest services. Go see her, she will take care of you. Think Bank is the best. Highly Recommended.

Excellent customer service, and this bank validates parking for the garage nearby. Could not be easier. Also, the one star reviews are people complaining about bounced cheques, and that is not the fault of the bank.

They issued me a bounced check for their customer, actually it is monthly rental payment. When I made a deposit to my bank their check has no money and I have to pay the $30 fee to my bank. When I call think mutual bank, they don't want to help me to solve their mistake .

Amazing service, walked in looking to cash a savings bond that every other bank said they couldn't do it unless I had an account. Think mutual went out of their way to be pleasant and helpful, and cashed my savings bond with minimal Hassel. I certainly would work with them again!
