Dear TSCU, lets talk about your app design. Who came up with that? Your grandpa? And I just want a debit card to access MY money. Why do I need to have a debt trap aka credit card? Alas I have moved on to better things

The Tellers at the credit union are great, and the loan department is great, but the customer service over the phone is horrible! One of the ladies I think her name is Brittney is awesome, but one of the ladies, I think her name is Ellen or Hellen, is rude, dry, and borderlines hang the phone up the phone in your face. Also, they've closed some of their branches, changed their hours, and made it almost impossible to bank with them in person, which I get because of online banking these days, but I can't even make it to my credit union, even the few times that I need it, in person. I may find another credit union and a bank. I'm taking my money and leaving!

God don't like wrong and these unfair and unjust collection acts are Wrong they will be held accountable for .......2timothy3 for the last days people will love only themselves and their money they will be deceitful on honest and uncaring they will speak as if they are good but follow the path of wrong stay away from these people stay away 2 Timothy verse 3

An excellent credit Union Bank in Fayetteville, GA. There is plenty of free and handicap parking. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the different banking services offered at this bank. This credit union is very helpful in teaching it customers the best way to handle their banking needs. Awesomeness in banking services and products.

Be aware, these people do what they want, not what you ask. Are very difficult to work with. Terrible customer service and ‘management’ is no better. If you apply for any type of loan, go elsewhere. Whatever amount of money you think might save with these people, isn’t worth the headache of dealing with them. Already dealt with them once, with a mortgage as well as banking..decided to try again and it’s the same terrible company it was years ago!

I get faster, friendlier, and more personalized service from SCU than my other big name bank (that starts with "W"). SCU's website always prompts me for a new 4-digit verification code when I access it from a different device, but that OK with me as it provides more security than my other bank. And for the reviewer that doesn't think this is a real bank, you are delusional. Go to one of the locations, touch the building, talk to the tellers. Any malware or scamware I have ever received pretending to be from a banking institution has always appeared to be from one of the top three banking firms not from SCU.
