Their website shows a 3 User QB Pro 2019 but also shows an 'Additional User' QBPro 2019 but requires an existing license. Nowhere does it say that QBPro is a maximum of 3 users period. In fact it leads one to believe you can by a 1, 2 or 3 user and add additional users. That is exactly what QBPro use to do until now we find out that ended in 2016. We purchased a 3 user and a single user and requested a refund on just the single user since basically it is useless. Also told them they should make it more plain for consumers to know 3 is the max no matter what. Again I've used QBPro for many years and 3 didn't use to be the max. They should state it in the description but I guess they're more concerned in just making sales. Do Not Buy QB Products from this POS.
