Don't go with anything new, you will be accused of being a thief, going through a divorce, and have some nice things wanted to sell to them, from the new house we were building, he wouldn't take it bc it was not used, pretty much called me a thief and told me to come back with a receipt, if I had Receipt I would take it to the store I got it from, anyway very rude and ignorant people, since when do pawn shops ask for receipts lol. I suggest anywhere but his shop, he pays peanuts as well. And stuff is all over priced he thinks he's the original seller of the products. Go somewhere else people specially if you have something of value.

Amazing people can't say a single bad thing about them .. we were involved in the Barrie fire and they sold us a Xbox 360 for a massive discounted price and threw in a free controller and two free games for our 7 year old .. great people will certainly go back there

I was at this location yesterday looking to get a loan on 2 pcs of jewelry, 1, a gold necklace, the other a gold bracelet. The young girl who assisted me looked at both pcs and told me neither was stamped, she was not comfortable with these pcs's . Knowing myself they are real gold I got home, took out my magnified glass, sure enough both where stamped on the clasps. Guess they didn't want my business.

Good depending on what you bring in. They will not accept anything new in the package. I wanted to sell an item I had lost the receipt for & couldn't return it to the store i had purchsed it from, so unfortunately I am now stuck with it. I did feel as though it was implied that I might have stolen the item, which I did not appreciate as I would never do such a thing. My previous experiences with them have been fine & without insult or slight of character. So just don't bring anything new or in the original package.

I love this shop! It seems that every time I need something I can find it here for WAY less than the big box stores. The jewellery is particularly wonderful. They seem to always have something interesting, vintage, or sparkly for a collector like myself of pretty things with appraisals on any of the higher end items. Half of my work shop is filled with tools now from there. LOVE this shop and their cute dogs too!

The manager seems to have a personal vendetta against us. We have gone in twice and both times getting money was a struggle. This place is pretentious and awful, and very prejudiced. Just because we do not have direct deposit from our work, every single time we get a loan the manager comes out and only lends us 50 or nothing at all. They don’t seem to be aware of how loan arrangements work. Employees will tell you one thing, and then the manager will come out, give you some bull excuse and refuse your money.
