Went in to ship a simple package. Matthew, the man who was working, was extremely rude and unhelpful. Didn’t assist in finding a solution, barely made eye contact, and was so dismissive I’m surprised he works in customer service at all.

Outstanding shipping and returns service...along with Notary service. I had to make a return shipment pre labeled for the Post Office. I mentioned that I hate the Post Office, the gal said "we can take care of it" She sealed the package (Try to get the Post Office to do that) Thanks for your great service.

These guys are the bomb baby! I get in and out quick and everyone is always friendly. Super convenient location, I always find place to park. Get radical man.

3 Reasons Not To Come Here....1.) They are careless lazy losers. Everytime I get a package arrives in the morning, they hold it an additional day before they let you have it. 2.) Constantly a looooong Line Here. They don't help customers when your waiting in line and its your turn....3.) Employees smoke cigarettes at the front door with the UPS drivers, you can't even get past them most times because the UPS store employees are blocking the doorway to enter the store. Its against the law to smoke within 50 feet from the building.
