My fiancé and I purchased our first home last October with the help from the Schauble Team at Keller Williams Realty. We had been searching for a home for about a year before we found "the one". Brooke was super helpful along the way with looking at several houses and answering all of our questions. When we started the process of purchasing our home, Brooke was very informative to help us figure out what we needed to do and when since we were purchasing a bank-owned home which made the process a little trickier. But with the help of Brooke & the rest of the Schauble Team, they helped things go along smoothly! We couldn't be more happy with the assistance we received from the Schauble Team and I would recommend them to anyone in search of their home! I worked with Nick Schauble, and he was very understanding of our timeline as we had to sell our house in St Louis and travel 3 hours to the Peoria area every time to find our perfect house. Through numerous visits and with Nick's work ethic and accommodating schedule he was able to help us find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood!
