Love the efficiency of the hiring process. Being from America finding a job was rather intimidating; however, I was made to feel comfortable and the staff were polite and courteous. The interview process was the same, fast and efficient. My overall impression was that they have streamlined the process for maximum efficiency while remaining courteous.

After reading all your reviews. I couldn't of said it any better. But ex employees please keep your eyes peeled and keep checking local newspaper as after today's scenario they haven't got a leg to stand on, and the agency OMG not mentioning no names, just look out for the article that is going in the newspaper.

My initial impressions of the contact company where all well and good, however after working for them for six month's before being fired through text I must admit they've let a rather sickening taste In my mouth.I've witnessed ongoing harassment and abuse take place within the workplace and outside the workplace involving TCC employees and unfortunately, despite filing a police report and an offical complaint to HR they have not taken any action. I've witnessed countless DPA breaches regarding customer data, notes being taken off site and even brought home by the agent in their note pads. This extends from contact information, address information to even numbers on your debit card.But ultimately, what let's the Contact Company down is its complete disregard for their advisors. Let me tell you, the advisors do the bulk of the work, they are responsible in making sure that everything runs smoothly and they are punished if things go wrong. They are treated like work animals, emotionless while managers watch football on the backwalls or sneak photogtaphs on their phone despite the illegalities regarding phones on a live contact floor.They are the lowest paying call centre in the NW of England. They have a petty employee benifits scheme which really, offers pittance in the way of generousity. They do not actually take your feedback on board and any criticisms you raise will only be ignored. They offer no long term support for their staff emotionally or physically, there is absolutely no lee-way between work or breaks.and ultimately; what bothers me most about the contact company is in how it treats it's disabled employees. Mental health issues are disregarded, you are left responsible for any physical disabilities you might have. "Is the elevator out of order again?" You better learn to fly if you'd like to be paid. Bottom line, TCC pay you pitance and treat you like cattle, they don't have a monicom of respect for their workers and they'll likely 'let you go' due to 'company downscaling' if you get sick, are hospitalised or require assistance.My life has been ruined by this company, don't let it ruin yours.

A modern day workhouse.Don't go anywhere near this place. All the agencies will paint a very different picture to reality. On all the job sites you'll see this place disguised in many forms.I suffer from prolapsed discs. From when I started I asked for a adaptable seat with arm rests. I had to leave after 6 months because I sustained a further two prolapsed discs because of this. I was off sick due to back pain, but this wasn't enough to get me the seat I needed.A carrot is dangled in front you. They say if you work hard you'll get a contract after 3 months. People who have been there for over a year are still waiting. They won't give contracts out in case they lose contracts with their customers.The owner of the business is more interested in his own image than the workers. He even has a jacuzzi up on the roof (No joke) whilst his workers are being beaten with a stick.Everyone is crammed in like sardines. You literally have no space between you and the next person.Whilst in training you feel you're back in primary school. The trainers will talk to you as if they're more superior.I urge anyone who is considering wanting to work here...take the time and look elsewhere. The place only had one employment agency who took care of recruitment, but they couldn't get the numbers. Now there's multiple agencies and they still can't get people in. As mentioned before they disguise the place on job sites, but it's still the same workhouse it's always been.Don't expect to be paid above the minimum wage. Everyone who works there regardless of how long they've worked there all get paid the minimum wage.
